Master’s program
1) Application for Korean Students
    • Submit the online application to Office of Admissions.
    • Submit the following materials to the Administration office of College of Social Sciences.
      • Personal Statement&Research Plan (only applies to those who have not submitted it online)
      • Official Bachelor’s Transcript
      • Official English Score Reports (only applies to those who submitted a TOEFL score)
      • Consent for Verification of Academic Record (only applies to graduates of overseas universities)
    • Submit the following materials to Interdisciplinary Program in Gender Studies.
      • Interdisciplinary Program in Gender Studies Application Form
      • Official Bachelor’s Transcript
      • Study Plan and Two Copy
      • Resume in Essay Style and Two Copy
      • One Recommendation Letter
      • Official Bachelor’s Degree or Graduation Certificate
      • Recommendations : Korean language proficiency(TOPIK LEVEL TEST)
2) Application for International Students
Please contact SNU Admission Office.
2. Graduation Requirement
    • Students must have complete at least two years (four semesters) of enrollment for a master’s program. Students may be enrolled up to four years. No enrollment after those periods will be allowed.
    • Students must earn 24 credits. Students must also score an overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Students must fulfill required courses as follows.
      • 213.513 Research Methods in Gender Studies 1: Quantitative Methods
      • 213.514 Research Methods in Gender Studies 2: Qualitative Methods
      • 213.502 Theories in Gender Studies
      • M1316.000400 Intensive Seminar in Gender Studies
    • Students must pass the major courses and one of the foreign language tests(Korean, English and foreign language) to attain the qualification to submit their thesis.
      • Students from English-speaking countries must choose language tests except English.
      • Students passed Korean course(Korean Language and Culture 1, 2) are immune from language test.
